FAQ: What if something arrives damaged?

The only thing more important than getting your order right is making sure it arrives in mint condition. To that end, we take great care in packing everything.

If the product was damaged on delivery and we accept liability then we will replace the product.

Check the order!

When you receive the delivery, you must check if the packaging is damaged, even if the driver says he is in a hurry. Any damage must be photographed and noted on the shipping slip that the driver has. NOTE! If the damage is not noted, no complaint can be made.

Damage is documented with photos, both with and without packaging, and emailed to us Complaints not made within 3 days of delivery are not accepted. We ask that all customers check their delivery upon arrival and notify us of any problems within 24 hours if possible and save the packing material. Documenting damage is vital, so please take photos and save all packing material.
